Every shopper who buys (or signs up) becomes a customer record you can manage from the Customers section.
Profiles
A customer profile gathers their orders, addresses, and contact details in one place. Open a customer to see their history, edit their details, or take an action on their behalf.
Store credit
Give a customer a spendable balance — a goodwill gesture, a manual refund, or a loyalty reward. Store credit is a running ledger on the customer: you add or deduct, and the balance is available as a payment option at checkout and in POS. Every movement is recorded, so the balance always ties back to a reason.
Privacy & GDPR
Cartisto supports the data requests privacy laws require:
- Export — produce a copy of a customer’s data on request.
- Delete / anonymize — honor a deletion request; the record is anonymized so your order history and accounting stay intact while personal data is removed.
Manual & phone orders Selling over the phone or in person? Create an order on a customer’s behalf from Orders, or ring it up in POS — both attach to the same customer record, so their history stays complete across every channel.
